The house is situated on the west-coast of the gulf of Milos, offering a unique view of the sea, to the settlement Empourios and the villages in the opposite side of the bay like Plaka with the Kastro, Fourkovouni, Areti, Tripiti, Klima and Skinopi. This view can never be obstructed by other buildings or houses. Two beaches are easily reached. Walking 5 minutes you arrive at the first one, which is not known at all and therefore very calm even in summertime. It offers sandy or stony ground under the shadows of tamarisks. The second beach, called Fatourena, is sandy and flat, 15 minutes of walk or 5 minutes by car. On the way to this beach you cross a wildlife habitat, which like all the area around the property is part of a Natural Park.
