This property is located in the area of ​​Santa Margarita in Tinos. It faces south-west (i.e. towards Mykonos) in a windless area (important for Tinos). The entire estate has a total area of ​​3462 m² on three levels, separated by dry stones. It is registered in the land register. In the first level of land there is an unfinished stone house with an area of ​​83,10 m², fully legal and built according to the standards of Tinian architecture by local craftsmen. The house consists of an open living room-kitchen, with an old original fireplace, a bathroom and two bedrooms, as well as a terrace with mountain and sea views.
